A typical day
You paddle in single or double kayaks for around 4–5 hours a day. For beginners, the focus is on teaching the basics, while more experienced paddlers get the chance to explore longer distances. The teaching is tailored to the individual and effective. The paddling is adapted each day to the weather conditions and the wishes of the group.
Where should I go?
Saint-Cyprien
Located in the south of France near the Spanish border, Saint-Cyprien is known for its beautiful beaches, mild climate and rich marine life. An excellent choice for beginners and experienced paddlers alike.
Sormiou
Sormiou is one of the most picturesque calanques (limestone inlets) in Calanques National Park, known for its turquoise water and dramatic rock formations. Exploring these spectacular natural landscapes from the water is a unique opportunity.
Giens
Located on the French Riviera, the Giens peninsula offers outstanding conditions for sea kayaking. The area is known for its beautiful coastline, crystal-clear water and picturesque coves. When you paddle here, you are surrounded by the captivating beauty of the Mediterranean.

Destination
UCPA - Freely translated to English as "National Federation for Sports and Outdoor Centers" - has a history of over 50 years. It is, in short, a non-profit, all-French organization supported by, among others, the French state. The purpose is to give ordinary people the opportunity to learn and develop in one or more sports together, in pleasant and unpretentious forms. The organization has about 80 centers in France and the West Indies, 28 of them are located at well-known winter sports resorts in the French Alps.
