Rock climbing requires the practitioner to be patient and to master the climbing combination of balance and positioning skills. The challenge and experience of rock climbing lies in traversing the route chosen for climbing, rather than scaling a mountain peak as in alpinism, for example. The climb is combined with incredible nature experiences with beautiful landscapes and views of mountain peaks or coastlines. You climb in groups of 5-10 people per instructor.

A typical day

A climbing session lasts at least half a day. In some cases, part of the day is required to get to the rock to be climbed. Therefore, you usually bring a packed lunch from the center. Before each climb, we go through the techniques and tactics for tackling the climb in question.

Climbing - Where to go?

Sormiou

Located in the heart of the Calanques massif, a unique natural experience awaits you here. You'll be climbing the most beautiful cliffs in the Mediterranean with unbeatable surroundings, with a maximum of 20-40 minutes walk to the cliffs each day.

Verdon

A magnificent natural area in the Provençal mountains, about 2.5 hours from the Mediterranean coast. The center is located in the small village of La Palud, very close to the Verdon Gorge, where climbers from all over the world go to explore.

Chamonix

The pearl of the Alps! The jagged, majestic mountains that rise high above the valley provide you with fantastic conditions to explore the magnificent Mont Blanc massif, with views of glaciers and majestic snow-capped peaks.

Multipitch?

Are you already a confident climber who dreams of an exciting and challenging week in a fantastic environment? Then our multipitch programs are made for you. Instead of stopping at a bolted anchor 15 meters above the ground, you'll move on and up, climbing multiple rope lengths on bolted routes, and using different belay and rope techniques than in regular climbing. During the week, you'll get valuable tips from the instructor and learn how to deal with all kinds of situations that may arise. A perfect choice for those who like challenges and want to continue developing in climbing.

Multipitch is offered in Chamonix, Serre Chevalier, Sormiou and Verdon. The program may vary depending on the destination and the level of the group. Previous experience and level requirements may vary depending on the course you book.
