Lovely, coastal hiking that alternates between physical activity in the right dose and the opportunity to swim in the big blue in most places. Discover beautiful, wild and dramatic landscapes, while experiencing great community in the group and creating memories for life. It is scientifically proven that hiking is good for both body and soul, and getting to hike in a group with an instructor who knows the finest trails in the area is absolutely perfect.
A typical day
Depending on the plan for the week, the group will either go on a short morning hike and then return to the center for lunch and a short break. Alternatively, full-day excursions where you pack a lunch from the center in the morning.

Choose the right footwear for your hike - Whether you're taking on a simple hike with sneakers or a more advanced hike where sturdier hiking boots or shoes are needed, you should make sure to break in your shoes in time. Shoe chafing can really take the edge off an otherwise great experience.
Pack clothes according to the weather - Remember to bring lightweight and quick-drying clothes with good ventilation. Depending on the period and location, you may need to prepare for both hot and cold climates. Don't forget sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses.
Drink water and replenish your energy frequently while hiking - It is very important to keep your energy levels up while hiking. Aim to eat small, frequent meals and snacks on the go to maintain energy levels. Dried fruit, energy bars and nuts are great snacks to keep you going during your hike.
