Shared rooms
You will usually be staying with other ski enthusiasts in rooms with 3-6 beds. The size of the rooms and access to bathrooms vary between the different centres, but the most common set-up is a shower and toilet in the corridor, shared between two shared rooms. Generally, function is prioritised over comfort, as you will of course spend most of your time on the slopes or in the centre's social areas!

Double rooms
Double rooms can be booked for a supplement at most of our centres, subject to availability. You can see in the booking form whether double rooms are available.
Room allocation
Once you have made your booking, you can visit UCPA "My page" and state who you would like to share a room with. See more instructions here. If there are several of you on the booking, you are automatically counted as one travel group and the rooms will be allocated accordingly.
Bed linen & towels
Bed linen is available at the centre. You collect your own linen pack and make your bed yourself for your week. You can borrow a towel at reception for a fee, but we recommend that you bring your own.
Late arrival
Your arrival at the centre may be late. When you fly to the Alps, for example, you often arrive at your centre late in the evening. You will then need a gate code to get into the centre. You will receive the gate code by text message a couple of days before departure. Once inside the centre, an envelope with your name will be waiting at reception. In the envelope you will find your room details together with your contact card for ski hire, ski school and ICE details
