Cancellations must be made to UCPA Resor immediately in accordance with the current terms and conditions. Cancellations are made by phone on 031-711 50 54 or by email at info@ucpa.se. Special trips
Please note: Trips with flights, Happy Ski, EPIC ski, Student trips and Family weeks count as special trips and have special conditions.
- Cancellation more than 60 days before departure:
Special trips: You lose the registration fee + any cancellation protection.
Other trips: You lose the registration fee + any cancellation protection.
- Cancellation between 59 and 40 days before departure:
Special trips: Cancellation costs 40% of the trip price
Other trips: You lose the registration fee + any cancellation protection.
- Cancellation between 39 and 31 days before departure:
Special trips: Cancellation costs 40% of the trip price.
Other trips: Cancellation costs 40% of the trip price.
- Cancellation between 30 and 16 days before departure:
Special trips: Cancellation costs 60% of the trip price.
Other trips: Cancellation costs 60% of the trip price.
- Cancellation 15 days or less before departure:
Special trips: Cancellation costs 100% of the trip price.
Other trips: Cancellation costs 100% of the trip price.

Name change:
For trips without flights: SEK 500 per change.
