How do you book?
1. Choose the destination or activity you are interested in.
2. Click on the price for the chosen activity.
3. You will be taken to the booking page where you fill in your details.
All trips are booked through UCPA resor in Gothenburg. Online bookings can be made 24/7, otherwise we are available by phone: Monday-Friday 09:00-16:00 (closed for lunch 12:00-14:00).
Book together or on your own?
Either works just fine. It's entirely up to you whether you make separate bookings or book everyone together. If you book separately, it's easy to link your booking to other bookings, both while you're making the booking and afterwards. Please note that if you make one booking together, the person who makes the booking becomes the person responsible for it.
Book different activities and modes of transport?
Are you travelling in the same group but have different wishes when it comes to activities and transport? No problem! When you book with us, you choose the activity and mode of transport for each person in your group. In other words, you can choose completely different activities and modes of transport within the same booking. Please note: This is possible provided that you want to book for the same week and ski resort. If you want to go to different ski resorts or different weeks, separate bookings must be made.
Book two weeks?
You can absolutely book for 2 weeks. You simply make two bookings, one for each week. Please note that you can't fly with us if you choose to book several weeks, but we can help with transfers. Contact us.
When does booking open?
Trips are generally released as follows:
Winter trips: end of June
West Indies trips: beginning/middle of September
Summer trips: beginning of the year

Good to know:
- The following must be provided for all travellers:
- Name, correct date of birth (8 digits, i.e. year/month/day), email address, phone number, transport + any connection options, activity choice, room choice. - Maximum number:
- 10 travellers per booking - Booking confirmation:
- Sent only to the lead traveller, i.e. the person who makes the booking. - Your place:
- Is only confirmed in the final step, through 'Thank you for your booking...'
- 'Preliminary' does not mean that the place(s) have been confirmed.
